Central Oregon Collective (formerly RAP) will open the doors of their new collective venture to the public during the much anticipated Grand Opening of their Community Center on Bend’s Eastside. After 30 years of serving Central Oregonians with developmental disabilities, Central Oregon Collective is excited to share their new vision and space with others in the community as part of National Developmental Disability Awareness Month.

Central Oregon Collective’s new pride and joy, our beautiful two-story office and program location is conveniently located next to Wilco and Schlotzsky’s on Bend’s ever-growing and highly desirable eastside. With its unique medieval look, it offers an eye-catching high pitched roof, arched windows and enchanting stone detail. Our fully ADA accessible, two-story facility boasts a full commercial kitchen, full bar, indoor and outdoor water features, and an inviting entry that leads to a grand banquet area with two private adjoining rooms.
Our vision for sharing this amazing space with the community is open to likeminded, mission oriented individuals and organizations to further their causes, by offering a space to enrich their efforts. Central Oregon Collective intends to share the fruits of our labor by making our new “home” accessible to others who are making a tangible difference in our community. Our new Community Center is home to our Leadership & administrative teams, as well as our Outreach, Community Inclusion (CIP), and Vocational Programs.
