Established in 1983, we are a local 501c3, nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with developmental/intellectual and/or physical disabilities, as well as other members of our community who experience barriers to full participation to community life, with a focus on support, quality of life, and community inclusion. Central Oregon Collective (formerly RAP) has six residential homes in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We also offer outstanding in-home support, and community inclusion services.
