At Central Oregon Collective, our mission is to empower individuals with diverse abilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives by providing supportive environments and inclusive opportunities. We focus on fostering personal growth, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life through a range of tailored programs. Join the Central Oregon Collective Board of Directors

The Central Oregon Collective, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Central Oregon, is seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join our Board of Directors.
We welcome prospective board members from all Central Oregon communities who share our commitment to serving individuals with disabilities and their families. Ideal candidates bring expertise or experience in areas such as financial management, housing and real estate, fundraising, human services, community outreach, and organizational development.

Board Commitment:

Meetings: Quarterly on the last Tuesday of the month, 5:30 PM (dinner) with a 6:00 PM start and adjournment by 7:30 PM.
Term Length:
Two years, with the option to serve a second term.
Additional Participation: Involvement in fundraising events and attendance at client activities such as quarterly dances and holiday celebrations is encouraged.

The Board includes two officer roles: President and Secretary/Treasurer.
